Group Photographs of the Annual Convention (1929-present)
Introduction
Since 1929, NWDA has hosted an annual convention. At each convention, a group photograph has been taken. Photographs from 1929-1991 are black and white, and those from 1992 to the present are color. The digital photographs are available below in two sizes:
"Small" Photograph Size
The "small" photographs are included for those with slower connections and those who wish to quickly "browse" the photographs. The "small" photographs were scanned at 150 dpi, and shrunk to 400 pixels wide. Since 2003, they have been scanned at 400 dpi. The download file size ranges from 18KB to 48KB.
"Large" Photograph Size
The "large" photographs have been scanned at 100% physical size and at 400 dpi. You will need a fast connection to view these online. These are high-quality scans intended for detailed viewing, publication or printing. As such, file sizes are large and range from 0.75MB up to 4MB. To download, place your cursor on the link, right click, and save. For those with a modem connection, download time can be several minutes.
